We’re confident you’ll love your Lunafemme pieces — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make returns easy and hassle-free.
Free Returns (US Orders)
We offer FREE returns on unworn or defective garments for all eligible U.S. orders.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to the United States. We apologize that free returns are not available for orders outside the U.S. at this time, but we are actively working to improve this service.
Return & Exchange Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached.

Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Gifts with purchase, clearance items, original shipping fees, and eGift cards are non-refundable.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Ensure items are neatly folded and in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached).

Email our Customer Support Team at support@lunafemme.store to request a return or exchange. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to process your request.

Include your order receipt and a brief reason for return. We’ll provide you with a return label (for U.S. orders).

Attach the provided UPS return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest UPS location.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3–7 business days for us to process it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or to your Lunafemme Wallet, as per your preference.
Please note: Refunds may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account due to bank processing times.

Return requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.

After approval, returned items must be shipped back within 7 days.

Items must be in resellable condition (unworn, undamaged, unwashed, with tags attached).

Defective Item Policy
At Lunafemme, we stand behind the quality of every product. However, if you receive a defective item, we are committed to resolving it swiftly and fairly.
Reporting Defects

Please report any defects within 15 days of receiving your item by emailing support@lunafemme.store with a detailed description and clear photos of the issue.

Claims submitted after the 15-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
Resolution Process
Once your report is received, our team will assess the issue and provide the appropriate solution — which may include a replacement, refund, or alternative resolution.
