At Lunafemme, we offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $100. Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing and fulfillment before dispatch. We are committed to getting your order to you as swiftly as possible!

International Orders

Please note: Holidays, weather disruptions, or unforeseen global events may impact delivery times.


Pre-orders & Backorders

If your purchase includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items will ship first. The remaining items will be sent as soon as they are restocked. If you receive a partial shipment, rest assured the rest of your order is on its way.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if a phone number was provided) containing your tracking number and tracking link. Please allow 1–2 business days after shipping for tracking details to update.


Address Accuracy

Returns

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lunafemme is not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven’t received the package, please contact the shipping carrier listed on your tracking information.
